Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

In order to provide great service for our customers, all shipping is done through DHL Express Delivery at no extra cost. You will receive your purchase within 2-6 working days after your order has been processed. Please note that we ship worldwide except for the following countries: Qatar and Israel. This is solely due to government regulations and not an exception made by the Barkal team. 

Due to the current evolving Covid-19 situation, please note that you may experience minor delays in receiving your shoes. We are taking all the necessary health measures and are making sure the process of dispatching your order goes as smoothly as possible. EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you may return items within 30 days. Product must be returned with its original packaging and footwear must be unused and in an unaltered condition. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please follow the steps below to exchange or return your purchase:

  1. Email us at customercare@barkal.com to clarify whether you wish to exchange or return items. 
  2. Confirm a convenient address, day and time frame in order for us to generate a pick-up label. 
  3. Please print out your pick-up label. DHL will get in touch with you in order to make arrangements at your convenience if there is any trouble with the pick-up.  
  4. Remove all previous labels and attach the new printed pick up label to your package. 
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  6. Exchanges are free of charge. There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.

REFUND PROCESSING:

Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Barkal. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us at customercare@barkal.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
